In 2009, directly after my study mechanical engineering at the TU/e I started at TMC Oil & Gas because of the flexibility of the projects on the one hand and the certainty of a permanent employment contract on the other hand.
From the beginning I have been responsible for my own development with the broadest possible support from TMC. The absolute climax was the delivery of a lifting equipment for a worldwide player of installation of offshore wind turbines. During the whole project, I acted on behalf of my customer as a spider in the web between suppliers and their customer. And with a fine result: a satisfied customer and their customer within the asked budget and planning.
