"Strong Partners like TMC are badly needed".
Mutracx needs strong partners like TMC badly. TMC is our partner on two fronts in the development of the
so-called “Lunaris” machine:
- Finding and offering (technical) people with the right profiles and knowledge for the stage which the development is at.
- TMC is one of the risk-reward partners and invests in MuTracx by taking on the development costs of their own personnel, in exchange for a future revenue reward.
For a young company, just starting up, the amounts mentioned are of vital importance, as they are for attracting equity financiers, banks and faith in the company.

Project: New vehicle concepts at Van Eck
In the R&D department (later combined with leading the Engineering department), I was fortunate enough to be able to put a number of new vehicle concepts on the road. I was involved all the way from draft through to driving prototype. My latest project, called “Urban ECKo CO2mbi” is an example of this. It involves a LZV combination which fits the practice of distribution transporters 100%.
Before Van Eck developed the Urban ECKO CO2MBI they listened very carefully to the needs and desires of transporters in distribution transport. This resulted in them being able to offer the market a transport solution that perfectly matches the practice of distribution transporters: an LZV combination for distribution transport without a dolly. Using a LZV combination consisting of 2 city trailers of 10.650 mm, the transporter can drive long distances and deploy the vehicles separately with this transport solution.
TMC is an entrepreneurial organisation, large enough to do business professionally.
Project Manager TMC Mechanical
This professionalism attracts people who are professional themselves. Combined with the size, the mis of disciplines, the entrepreneurship and the informal atmosphere, this is an extraordinary mix of features, which very few companies have, let alone to this extent. In addition TMC offers excellent terms and conditions of employment, including a good salary, profit sharing and a high measure of flexibility regarding these matters. This modern business model is what made me decide to choose TMC at the time and I haven’t regretted it for one moment since. TMC offers the possibility to orchestrate one side of your work yourself and have great colleagues in the meantime.
As a TMC employee you are selected for your ability to function independently in an organisation and your motivation to get things done. For me, TMC is like a home base in my working environment. The atmosphere within TMC is very good and there is much support for all kinds of initiatives, such as my project. I also find it extremely interesting to attend the pizza sessions from time to time. Apart from the ones for my own cell, I equally enjoy those of other cells. This kind of initiative brings depth to an organisation and broadens it at the same time. The same goes for the mentorship. I am doing this for four juniors/mediors at the moment and it is extremely interesting to see how others grow and develop themselves and of course it is extra good fun to be able to help them in this, based on what I have learned and experienced myself. My ambition is to set up my own company. That is why I have started up a project in TMC’s Entrepreneurial Lab where, together with a number of other people, we are building a small robot for domestic use. Even though I find the subject fascinating, I don’t believe this to be crucial. The team dynamics, creating a product and building a business is much more important. The TMC management fully supports our initiative and that is motivating. As we progress, working on our project becomes even more enjoyable and I see our team taking the step onto the market, with TMC’s approval, of course. In my mind this is the ultimate Employeneurship TMC stands for!
